1. Regular orders for next business day service must be placed by 1:59pm ET. After that time, the system will prevent an order.
If this cut-off time is missed, an order may still be possible. Please send an email and we’ll see what can be done to accommodate the service.
Our ability to provide late orders will depend on our delivery schedule and whether or not we have ample supplies to provide the service. Additional charges may apply.
2. Custom orders must be sent directly to Ashley.Bernstein@nbcuni.com at least 48 hours' in advance.
3. As we do not operate on Saturdays & Sundays, a regular order that's needed for a Monday service must be placed by 1:59pm ET on Friday. A custom order that's needed for a Monday service must be placed by 1:59pm ET on Thursday.
4. Please utilize NBCU budget code for internal orders.
5. The Catering Department does not deliver beverage only services between 11am – 1pm.
6. Regulations and restrictions for orders to 1221 Avenue of America
A. Orders require a 1 hour window between setup and start time. This window of time is utilized for transport between 30 Rock and 1221. If you require a service that begins at 12pm, the setup time on the service will need to be 11:15am. Service will arrive for setup between 11:45a – 11:55a.
B. There is a minimum of $65 for catered services to the 1221 building.
C. Our times of operation to 1221 are Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 4:30pm. We may be able to deliver earlier or later, but additional labor charges will apply and advance confirmation of those times will need to be cleared between client and the Catering Department.
8. Cancellations of regular services must be received by 2pm, the business day proceeding services, for full refund. Cancellations of custom services must be received by 2pm, 2 business days before service, for full refund. Cancellations received after the cut-off time will be subject to food costs.
A. Please note that Monday orders must be cancelled before 2pm on Friday for full refund. After 2pm on Friday, a cancelled order may be subject to food cost charges.
B. A custom order for Monday must be cancelled before 2pm on Thursday for full refund. After 2pm on Thursday, a cancelled order may be subject to food cost charges.
